Agency Riders Code of Conduct

All agencies and their deployed riders operating under ComilExpress must strictly comply with the following Code of Conduct. This ensures safety, trust, and service excellence for customers and partners.

🚦 PROFESSIONALISM

  • Always be polite, respectful, and professional
  • Wear your ComilExpress ID when on duty
  • Represent the ComilExpress brand positively at all times
  • Riders must act respectfully and professionally at all times.
  • Harassment, intimidation, or abusive behavior toward customers, staff, or the public is strictly prohibited.
  • Riders must wear clean, appropriate attire and maintain proper personal hygiene.

  • Deliver only items assigned to you
  • All items must be handled with care and delivered in the same condition received.
  • Tampering, opening, or using customer items is strictly forbidden.
  • Riders must not accept deliveries exceeding their assigned category value.

  • Do not accept goods above your registered category value
  • Protect customer goods as if they are your own
  • Any loss, damage, or theft will attract penalties

  • Follow delivery instructions strictly
  • Update delivery status immediately after completion
  • Riders must follow assigned routes and delivery instructions.
  • Delays, accidents, or delivery challenges must be reported immediately.
  • Proof of delivery (signature, photo, or code) must be properly obtained

  • Report accidents or incidents immediately
