🚦 PROFESSIONALISM

• Always be polite, respectful, and professional
• Wear your ComilExpress ID when on duty
• Represent the ComilExpress brand positively at all times

📦 HANDLING OF GOODS

• Handle all items with care and responsibility
• Never open, tamper with, or use customer goods
• Deliver only items assigned to you

🔐 SECURITY & CATEGORY COMPLIANCE

• Do not accept goods above your registered category value
• Protect customer goods as if they are your own
• Any loss, damage, or theft will attract penalties

📍 DELIVERY & CONFIRMATION

• Follow delivery instructions strictly
• Always provide proof of delivery (OTP, signature, photo)
• Update delivery status immediately after completion

🛑 PROHIBITED ACTIONS

• No theft, fraud, or dishonesty
• No delegation of delivery to third parties
• No false delivery confirmation
• No abusive language or threats

🚨 SAFETY FIRST

• Obey all traffic and road safety rules
• Wear protective gear at all times
• Report accidents or incidents immediately

📞 COMMUNICATION

• Respond promptly to dispatch and customer calls
• Report delays or challenges immediately
• Keep your phone and tracking active during deliveries

⚖️ DISCIPLINE & PENALTIES

Violation of this Code may result in:

• Warning
• Fine or deduction
• Suspension
• Termination of rider account
